The last part is Simon's again. First you repair and ignite the pipe tower in the Otherworld CEG HQ, then work through SWDP: the CCTV room console, the AUX pipes and the clamp release. The NG+ gold coin and Strange Book #3 are here too, behind the Chapter 15 basement doors.

Note: The game has 17 chapters; the official names of Chapters 16 and 17 are still unconfirmed.
