The perspective switches to Zoe. She has to get from the community garden to St. Amelia Medical Center, opening a shed with a year from a flowerbed and answering Dr. Glenn's questions from a street phone. On NG+ this part also hides the symbol door upstairs in the Haldane Hotel.

No required puzzle on a first run: go back to the box in Town Square for the pistol (you must choose “Yes” or the Otherworld shift won't trigger), then pry the door on Flemington Street with the scalpel. On NG+ the Haldane Hotel gains a hidden symbol door upstairs.
