How do you solve the Hotel Symbol Door (NG+) in Silent Hill Townfall?

12-symbol sequence (see page). One source gives button numbers (5×5, left to right, top to bottom) as 21, 17, 9, 21, 12, 24, 24, 5, 9, 1, 14 — only 11 entries, and “planet” gets two different numbers. Go by the symbol pictures.

On NG+, after Richard's gift changes Shorefront, a hidden door covered in a 5×5 grid of symbol buttons appears upstairs in the Haldane Hotel. Behind it, near an elephant statue, is the Strange Access Card — required for the UFO ending.

Not on this run. The Strange Access Card is only behind this door in Chapter 6 and there's no going back. Make a manual save before Chapter 6 on your NG+ run.
